About Me
Coming from higher education, I have two decades of proven experience in conceiving, designing and delivering complex research initiatives. My goal is to bring the full depth of my expertise to a role in the cultural sector, creating impactful programmes that advance the state of knowledge while also making art, culture and learning more inclusive and engaging to a wider audience.
As a project manager, I have coordinated a number of multi-stakeholder research projects across a range of disciplines. I thrive on challenges, from securing key resources on a limited budget to managing cross-functional teams of volunteers, senior experts, and institutional partners.
My leadership style is direct and results-oriented. I have exceptional negotiation skills, and can deftly navigate complex stakeholder relationships while staying true to the project.
In my new role, I want to lead cultural initiatives that create transformative experiences: whether that’s through innovative programming, strategic partnerships, or research that informs best practice across the sector.
